For the first time in years, I bought bell bottom jeans. It felt good to pick out something other than my typical pair of skinny jeans. Don’t get me wrong, I love wearing skinny jeans, but sometimes you need to change it up! Plus, after skinny jeans dominated my closet, I forgot how stylish bell bottoms can be.

Bell bottoms can be worn so many ways; however, for the fall/winter, I like to go for a darker wash denim. I usually wear a turtleneck or an oversized sweater. Shoes matter when it comes to bell bottoms because the height of your shoes will determine where the hem falls. For a polished look, I suggest getting your bell bottoms hemmed.

P.S. I recently discovered Luv.it (an app where you can share, discover, and buy stylish items) and I’m enjoying it so far. I’ll do a full post on what I bought and how easy it is to shop on Luv.it, pretty soon. But, if you can’t wait, you can download Luv.it from the Apple app store and follow me @dMgSimplicity to see all the items I love.
